Background

I'm a senior software engineer based in Jacksonville, FL, with 6+ years building full-stack web applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS.

At Newtech, I contribute to conversational AI and quality-assurance services, including voice agents, transcript evaluation, multi-tenant backends, background queues, and role-based permissions.

My earlier work spans telecom and cryptocurrency platforms, including services used in 10+ countries. I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science from UCE in the Dominican Republic and speak Spanish and English.

AI-Assisted Quality Assurance
